GreyHawk, LLC., is the development entity for GreyHawk Landing. Members of the Development Group are Dave Baron of Baron Custom Homes, Philip Hurst of Hurst Built, Jimmy Raley of Raley Residential, and Rudy Upton of Upton & Co. Each member of the Development Team has over fifteen years of building excellence in the Triangle area.
The Team members have made the commitment that the Development Company will produce the same level of excellence that all of their building companies already enjoy. GreyHawk, LLC., will set a standard for which others will strive to achieve.
